Today I am interviewing Luke, another one of our cellular/iPhone repair technicians. Read below to learn more!
{01} How long have you worked for Apple Pie Repair?
Eight months
{02} What do you like most about your job?
I like that it's a locally owned company that specializes in repairs that no one else does and that customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
{03} What is your favorite app?
The Weather Channel because I don't want to get caught in the rain.
{04} What repair are you most proud of?
A MacBook Pro that fell off the roof of a car and bounced off the highway. I epoxied it back together and replaced the screen.
{05} If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
How to be a pilot
{06} What are some of your favorite songs to listen to while working on repairs?
I like to listen to electronic music while working on repairs like Daft Punk and Phantogram and also the smooth swingin' sounds of Steely Dan.
{07} What fictional character do you relate to most?
Ricky Bobby. I wanna go fast!
{08} Have you ever been told you look like a celebrity? If so, who?
When I was little, people told me I looked like the kid from Backdraft.
{09} What do you love most about Lafayette?
It's a big little town with good food.
{10} What are some of your favorite local lunch spots?
Max's Pool Hall for burgers, Villager's Cafe in Maurice for po-boys, and Pizza Artists for pizza.
{11} What led you down the repair tech career path?
I've always enjoyed electronics and taking things apart since I was a kid.
{12} Where would your life be without electronics and technology?
I guess I'd be living in the woods, shooting a bow and arrow at everything.
{13} What question do you wish I would have asked you and what is the answer?
I am boycotting this question.
